I’ve walked through the fire — childhood wounds, heartbreak, loss, unexpected turns. Life has handed me my share of grief, change, and transformation. But through every chapter, I’ve discovered something deeper: there’s always a way forward, a path back to truth — and joy — when we’re willing to turn inward.
My own healing journey awakened something I never expected: a calling. A remembering. The realization that I’m here to help others navigate their own return to self — to hold space for your becoming.
As an intuitive energy practitioner, certified yoga teacher, and spiritual guide, I blend grounded experience with sacred energetics to support deep inner realignment. This is not about fixing you. It’s about guiding you back to who you’ve always been beneath the noise: whole, wise, and powerful.

More About Me
My yoga training through Inspirit Yoga Studio based in Orlando, FL unveiled a deep rooted passion for Yin Yoga and Meditation. Two additional modalities that helped open the door to my deeper intuitive gifts are my training in Pranic Healing and Reiki energy work.
Over time, through dedicated practice and spiritual unfolding, I’ve discovered powerful gifts in energy journeying, intuitive channeling, and crystalline grid work. While some of these abilities unfolded without formal training, they’ve become the foundation for a unique energy healing style I now offer to more than just family and friends.
My sessions blend tuning forks, sound therapy, crystals, stones, and no-touch energy balancing to guide people back to harmony in their bodies, minds, and spirits.
I work gently, intuitively, and in deep partnership with the energy of each client. This is more than energy healing — it is a remembrance of who you are.
